Whether you know exactly what you want and find it easy to visualise your day down to the details, or you need a little more guidance in bringing your vision to reality. Hereign is a company of professionals who insist on the very highest of standards of quality and attention to detail and who will work with you to create an elegant touch to your venue. Our job is to get to know you, your story, tastes, styles and likes. We take all of it and use it to design, create and style your entire event.

From the venue choice to invitations cards, flowers, decor, lighting, furniture, and even the food, drinks, and music... each plays its part in creating a memorable experience for your guests. We want them to walk away talking about how beautiful and so unique to you it was. If you have seen our work, you’ll know that our signature style is in the details and the uniqueness we create.

What will be included in your venue styling package?
  • Initial consultations.
  • Venue selection – hall / hotel accommodation (if needed).
  • Site inspection.
  • 2 Concept boards, colour palette options and a final style profile.
  • Centerpieces.
  • Furniture hire.
  • Flowers.
  • Floor-plan design.
  • Ceremony and reception decor (with most items from our own range).
  • 1 table demo at venue {where possible}.
  • Set-up on the day.
  • Clearing-up after the event.

Please note that all our work is custom quoted as each of our clients have different requirements. It’s always a great idea to come and see us with a budget in mind. We provide a wide range of services to suit a variety of budgets and tastes. Most of our props and itineraries are from our own rental division. You can be rest assured that we will work well within both your budget and theme.
